PAYMENT PROCEDURES:
All reservations secured by credit card.  Your card will be charged at the time of check-in, and your receipt will be emailed to you after your checkout.  Credit card information is required to hold your reservation.  If you neglect to return your key, we will charge your card to cover the cost of lock and key replacement.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Guests must cancel reservation by 4:00 PM, 3 days prior to your reservation, or their credit card will be charged the full amount of the reservation.

NO SMOKING/NO PETS/NO OPEN FLAMES:
Smoking and pets are strictly prohibited. $500.00 will be automatically charged for the following: if you have a pet on the premises or if smoking occurred in the room. All of our rooms are smoke free and pet free.

CHECKIN/CHECKOUT:
Check-in time is anytime after 4:00 p.m. Checkout is 11:00 a.m. Please make sure you make arrangements for late check out if needed.  This is a boutique hotel, and front desk staff is not 24 hours, but we always have someone available via phone and can coordinate late check ins.

LIABILITY:
Colter’s Lodge shall not be liable for personal property of guests. Please make sure your property is secure, do not leave valuables in rooms.
